Sean Smith

CSCS, SCCC, ASCA2

Sean is a strength and conditioning and performance coach with over a decade of experience working with collegiate and professional athletes. He began his career in the private sector as a weightlifting coach, personal trainer, and group fitness coach. He moved to high-level sport, working in the NCAA Division I environment with numerous NCAA champion athletes and teams competing for NCAA Championships. He now works as a contracted performance coach for professional and collegiate athletes and sport organizations.

RDN, CSCS

Emily is a Performance Dietitian with over a decade of experience in sports nutrition. Emily has a strong understanding of the unique needs of volleyball athletes, drawn from her own experience playing travel volleyball and working with NCAA Division 1 teams.

Combining her expertise in nutrition with a background in strength and conditioning, Emily provides individualized and periodized nutrition strategies to optimize performance. Her approach is centered on practical and effective solutions that elevate athletes’ performance and well-being on and off the court.
